The problem
A multi-sport games event run for a single federation's tools doesn't work — dozens of sports, hundreds of teams, and thousands of athletes need one accreditation and scheduling system, not a spreadsheet per sport.
What was built
A games-wide platform: single accreditation covering every sport an athlete competes in, a master schedule across venues and disciplines, per-sport results capture, and a medal table that updates as results are confirmed.
