National federations run athlete records, competition entries, and rankings across spreadsheets and paper forms, which makes qualification disputes slow to resolve and rankings slow to publish.
What was built
A registration and results platform: athlete profiles with verified eligibility documents, competition entry management, results capture by event officials, and automatically computed national rankings.
Notable engineering
- Role-based access so only accredited officials can submit results, with a full audit trail per entry
- Offline-first results capture for venues with unreliable connectivity, syncing once back online
- Ranking computation engine that re-derives standings from raw results rather than storing them as manually edited state
