The problem

Independent hotels and lodges either run on paper registers or on international property management systems priced and designed for chains, with none of the local payment or connectivity realities considered.

What was built

A property management system: room inventory and booking calendar, front-desk check-in/out with ID capture, housekeeping status boards, and an in-house POS for restaurant/bar charges tied to a guest folio.

Notable engineering

• Desktop front-desk app (Wails) built for front-desk terminals that need to keep working through unstable internet
• Guest folio model that consolidates room charges, POS charges, and payments into one settleable bill
• Housekeeping status sync between desktop front-desk and mobile housekeeping staff views
