What was built

A marketplace where farmers list produce and see live regional price benchmarks, buyers place orders directly, and a logistics coordination layer schedules pickup from farm gate to buyer.

• Offline-first listing capture for farmers in low-connectivity rural areas, syncing when signal is available
• Regional price benchmarking computed from actual completed-order data, not self-reported asking prices
